On February 18, Shandong Iron and Steel Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) organized the first evaluation meeting of scientific and technological achievements since the establishment of the Association, and evaluated five scientific and technological achievements completed by SDM, including "R&D and application of high-efficiency and low-carbon technology and equipment for blast furnace". The evaluation committee is composed of seven experts and scholars from Shandong University, Jinan University, and Taishan Iron and Steel. After the comprehensive evaluation of the expert committee, the project "Research and application of high-efficiency and low-carbon technology and equipment for blast furnace" reached the international advanced level, and the two projects "Research and application of fugitive emission control system for large stamp-charging coke oven" and "Research and application of active coke desulfurization and denitration high hydrochloric acid wastewater desalination treatment system" reached the international advanced level, "Research and application of waste heat utilization system of coke oven gas horizontal tube primary cooler" and "research, development and application of long-life, safe and intelligent blast furnace tapping main ditch technology" have reached the domestic leading level.
