On October 28, the 2020 energy saving and environmental protection technology optimization and innovation conference for the whole process of iron and steel and coking hosted by China Association of Plant Engineering was held in Dezhou City. Li Qingsheng, the coking division of our SDN, was invited to attend the conference and made a report on "clean, efficient, promoting process innovation and realizing sustainable development of coking enterprises".

Coal chemical industry is one of the chemical industries that affect the national economic foundation. It is a process mode that coke and its associated products can be produced, separated and reconstructed by dry distillation of coking coal. This is an optimal mode with the simplest process, the highest energy conversion rate, the lowest cost and the most abundant related products in the form of coal deep processing. With the conversion of energy flow in the coking process, the form and content of energy have changed. Raw coal has become the existence mode of solid, liquid and gas, and the energy quality has been improved. Various clean energy, high-grade "carbon" products, high calorific value-added gas and irreplaceable chemical products are obtained after desulfurization.

The report focuses on clean, efficient, technological innovation and process innovation. Environmental protection governance should be based on source control and avoid end treatment as far as possible. Large coke oven becomes the preferred choice. Large coke oven has the advantages of high labor productivity, reducing environmental pollution, improving coke quality, high thermal efficiency and small floor area. In the development trend of gas purification, It is necessary to build a new integrated operation mode of coking energy flow with thermal conductive oil as the main body.

After the great development and the test of the times, coking workers must have wisdom, ability to undertake to conduct the innovation and development of process technology during industry transformation, will create a new clean, efficient and sustainable development road, and build coking plant with high energy efficiency, clean purification and sustainable value creativity.
