1.Iran Mobarakeh Sangan iron concentrate concentrating project with an annual output of 5 million tons: EPS, with an annual processing capacity of 10 million tons of raw ore and an annual output of 5 million tons of iron concentrate. The scope of the project includes coarse crushing, 8 km ore belt conveying system, large ore mechanized stockyard, grinding and dressing, product dewatering, and concentrate circular silo. The mechanized bulk ore yard is a rare case in China; SAB process is adopted for grinding and dressing to simplify the crushing process, reduce the floor area, dust points, operators and investment and operation costs; Advanced iron concentrate purification technology, the final iron concentrate grade is 68.5%; The coarse and fine tailings are dewatered separately to reduce the investment and operation cost of tailings dewatering.

2、3 MTPA mining and dressing project of Cangshan Daqingshan Iron Mine: design and construction management, with an annual processing capacity of 3 million tons of raw ore. The final grade of iron concentrate is 65% by adopting the process of three-stage closed-circuit crushing, coarse crushing, large waste rock tailing, pre-grinding and stage grinding stage separation. For wet tailings, the advanced technology of coarse sand bailing and fine filling is adopted. The coarse tailings are sold as building materials products, increasing the economic benefits of the concentrator, and the fine tailings are cemented and filled to truly realize tailless discharge and green mine.

3.Shandong Iron and Steel Group Rizhao Co., Ltd. builds a pellet raw material production line: the design project is to process 1.8 million tons of imported high-grade coarse concentrate annually. After two stages of continuous grinding and magnetic separation, the grade of iron concentrate is more than 68%. It adopts advanced iron concentrate dewatering process, the water content of iron concentrate is less than 8%. The project will process the coarse concentrate with low processing cost, good product index, low investment and good economic benefits.

4、Inner Mongolia Shuangli Mining Co., Ltd. Huogeqi No. 2 Iron Mine Opencast to Underground Mining and Beneficiation Project: Engineering project, under construction. The annual processing capacity of raw ore is 3 million tons. In view of the characteristics of low grade of raw ore, the process flow of coarse crushing, fine crushing, and wet pre-separation before grinding is adopted to remove 50% of waste rock in advance, realizing more crushing and less grinding, early throwing, reducing the amount of ore into grinding, reducing the amount of fine tailings, increasing the service life of tailings pond, low investment and low operation cost.
