Sintering Waste Heat Recovery and Power Generation Technology
SDM has got several patents in the aspect of sintering waste heat recovery and power generation, and improved the control requirement for sintering production and stable operation level of waste heat recovery system. Waste heat power generation can basically satisfy 40%-50% of power consumption for sinter plant. The core technologies are: annular cooler hot blast circulating technology, labyrinth-spring type patent technology on sealing, high efficiency dual-pressure dual-air inlet type WHRB matched with steam compensation turbine generator.
