In November the linkage load commissioning is completed successfully for the cold bed steel reclaiming machine project of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., which is general contracted by our company. It has been trial production for 20 days and has completed more than 2,000 nos of rails by intelligent reclaiming. It has successfully passed the performance guarantee test and the equipment is running stably and intelligently.

The personalized and innovative design is provided for the customer. It changes the original manual steel reclaiming mode, realize the automatic steel reclaiming of the tightly arranged rails on the cold bed, reduces the intensity of manual labor and improve work efficiency. It takes 25 days from the dismantling of production equipment and pipelines, civil construction, new equipment and pipeline installation, and commissioning. The intelligent steel reclaiming machine is completed and put into operation on schedule. This innovative non-standard design project has been recognized by the owner and will lay a solid foundation to expand relevant markets in the future.
