The ultra low emission reconstruction project of raw material yard in Block B of Liugang, which was EPC contracted by SDM, has achieved remarkable results, and won the first prize of excellent project of Guangxi Liugang Group in 2024 and two honors of safe and civilized construction standardization site in 2024, which reflects the high recognition of Liugang Group for the construction and site management of the project.

In 2024, Liugang Group will carry out special supervision, inspection, and evaluation activities on equipment and engineering management around the main theme of the "Year of Quality Improvement, Efficiency Enhancement, and Deepening" campaign.  On December 25, the supervision, inspection and evaluation team of the Group conducted a comprehensive evaluation on the management data, site design, process application, quality, safety management, etc. of the ultra-low emission reconstruction project of raw material yard in Liugang Block B according to the scoring standard.  Compared with other units, this project stood out and was awarded the first prize of Excellent Engineering and the Safety and Civilized Construction Standardized Site.

The ultra-low emission reconstruction project of raw material yard in Zone B of Liugang is of great significance, and it is an important measure for Liugang to respond to the national call of "blue sky defense" and promote the improvement of ambient air quality.  The main contents of the reconstruction include the fully enclosed reconstruction of the material yard in Block B of the ironmaking plant, the closure of the existing corridor and workshop with colored steel tiles and other materials, the sealing reconstruction of belt conveyor, vibrating screen and other equipment, the addition of dust removal or suppression facilities, car washing facilities, the construction of a series of supporting facilities such as water supply and drainage, power supply and distribution, and the completion of the displacement, removal and foundation construction of the original site interferences.  From commissioning and training after project installation to performance acceptance, defect elimination and completion acceptance, and then to safety detection and identification of buildings and structures that are used or need to be modified, SDM provides turnkey engineering services throughout the process.
