Recently, the Shandong Iron and Steel Association announced the winning projects of the 2025 Shandong Province Metallurgical Science and Technology Progress Awards. All six scientific and technological achievements submitted by SDM were honored, with "Integrated Technology and Application of Green and High-Efficiency Large-Capacity Stamping Coke Oven Equipment" receiving the first prize. Five other achievements, namely  "Research and Application of SP Prestressed Hollow Slab Prefabricated Retaining Wall" , "Research and Application of a Local Variable Overall Stable Environmental Sealing Structure System for Coke Ovens" , "Research and Application of Green , High-Efficiency, and Environmentally Friendly Primary Cooler Technology", "Research and Application of a Deep Graded Utilization System for Waste Heat from Coke Oven Raw Gas" , and "Research and Application of Key Technologies for Energy-Saving and Environmentally Friendly Coal Preparation Crusher Chutes", were awarded the third prize.
