In order to effectively improve the safety risk prevention awareness and emergency response ability of the company's employees and prevent work-related accidents, on September 4, the Safety Production Department of SDM invited experts from Jinan Safety Training School to carry out the 2025 safety training on work-related injury prevention for construction enterprises.

At the opening ceremony, Wu Zhaojun, the deputy general manager of SDM, proposed three requirements for deepening the safety awareness of all staff, improving the safety practical ability, and building a professional safety team, urging all staff to study with an empty cup mentality, and perform their safety responsibilities with higher standards and more conscious actions through training.

The training lasted for 2 days, focusing on the combination of theory and practice, with comprehensive content and lively on-site interaction. Through the phenomenon, the essence was seen, and education and exploration were carried out around the following topics.

1、 Strengthen emergency skills and master first aid skills

Experts from the Training Center of the Chinese Red Cross Society provided a detailed introduction to key processes such as identifying sudden cardiac arrest, assessing emergency environments, and performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), showcasing the key points of operating an automatic external defibrillator (AED). The vivid demonstration of theory and practice has enhanced employees' emergency response capabilities, reflecting the emergency concept of "life first, safety first".

2、 Focus on mechanism construction and deepen theoretical understanding

A thorough and detailed interpretation was conducted on the "dual prevention mechanism" of safety production. A detailed analysis was conducted on the current situation and challenges faced by China in building a dual prevention mechanism, and the importance of establishing a long-term mechanism for safety production and improving the level of intrinsic safety in its enterprises was elaborated. The course covers key aspects such as risk assessment, risk point classification, hazard identification, development of control measures, hazard investigation standards, and optimization of governance processes. At the same time, based on industry characteristics, practical cases of risk control measures applied in different job scenarios and positions were shared. The attendees have gained a clear understanding of how to translate theory into concrete actions, laying a solid theoretical foundation for comprehensively deepening the dual prevention mechanism.

3、 Analyze accident cases and raise awareness of responsibility

The training selected typical safety accident cases that occurred in the construction field for in-depth analysis. Through multidimensional analysis of the causes of the accidents, the chain process of the accidents and the prominent problems exposed were clearly demonstrated. Based on relevant laws and regulations, interpret the principles for determining the main responsibility of enterprises, departmental supervision responsibilities, personnel job responsibilities, etc. in similar accidents. Real cases and clear judgments have sounded the alarm for all trainees, making them deeply aware of the huge cost of illegal activities and safety responsibilities, and strengthening their legal and red line awareness of fulfilling their duties and responsibilities.

4、 Promote learning and application through exams, consolidate training effectiveness

To verify and consolidate learning outcomes, on-site exams were organized after the training to evaluate the trainees' mastery of key knowledge and skills, encouraging them to internalize what they have learned and externalize it in their actions, truly achieving the goal of promoting learning through exams and application through learning.
