From March 23 to 25, SDM underwent its first surveillance audit following the recertification of its Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. An audit team composed of authoritative industry experts conducted a comprehensive and detailed assessment of the adequacy, conformity, and effectiveness of SDM's management systems. After rigorous verification, the company successfully passed this audit, marking a new stage of standardization and refinement in the implementation and development of SDM's management systems. Liu Chunqing, General Manager, and Li Rui, Chief Engineer, attended the opening and closing meetings, with relevant personnel from various departments participating in the review process.
During the audit period, the audit team strictly adhered to relevant national standards and the management system documents of SDM. Through methods such as reviewing documentation, conducting on-site inspections, and holding discussion sessions, they comprehensively covered the business segments and operational and management strands related to the certification. The focus was on examining the compliance of system operations, the effectiveness of strand control, and the capability for risk prevention and control.
At the initial meeting, General Manager Liu Chunqing extended a warm welcome to the audit team. He emphasized the critical role of the management system in the company's daily production and operational activities, noting that it effectively standardizes the execution of various tasks. He instructed all functional, design, and EPC business unit heads, as well as system administrators, to attach great importance to this audit. At the closing meeting, the audit team announced the audit results, fully affirming the achievements made by SDM in management system construction and whole-strand closed-loop control, while also providing optimization suggestions based on the company's actual situation. General Manager Liu Chunqing, on behalf of the company, expressed gratitude for the audit team's discipline guidance.
