The
main charging belt 5# gallery of 1# 3800m3 BF project for the newly
built 2X3800m3 BF & its supporting utilities project of Laiwu Branch
of Shandong Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd, which is EPC contracted by SDM,
was hoisted at 14:56 p.m. on November 1, 2020. The completion of main belt 5#
gallery hoisting marks the BF charging system and top charging system of BF has
been completed, the "point" construction has become the
"line" construction, which has laid a good foundation for the
installation of main belt conveyor in the next step, and will soon form the
"surface" construction.
Under
the joint force of 4000t tower crane and 350t caterpillar crane, after nearly 6
hours of hoisting, the 5# gallery successfully reached the positioning height
of 68.90 m, and the overall steel structure installation of the main belt gallery
of blast furnace was completed 7 days ahead of schedule. This is the steel
structure with the highest hoisting height, heaviest monomer weight and the
largest span in the 1#3800m3 BF proper project of Laiwu Branch. The
successful installation of 5# gallery has created favorable conditions for the
subsequent equipment installation, gallery enclosing and single machine
debugging. Meanwhile, it has set a good example for other participating units,
so as to facilitate the active operation and construction of other processes.
The
main charging belt gallery of blast furnace starts from the ore charging
transfer station on the south side of the stock house, passes through the coke
charging transfer station on the south side of the coke tank/bunker, through
the main belt driving machine room, and leads to the BF main frame at 68.9m,
with a total length of 320m. It is the conveying channel of blast furnace
ironmaking raw materials. The corridor is composed of 5 supports and 5 sections
of steel structures with dip angle of 10 degrees. The length of each section of
the gallery is 64m, 60m, 60m, 56m and 67.85m respectively. Among them, the 5#
gallery (the last section) has the largest span and the largest weight, so the
hoisting difficulty is the biggest.
