1. "Design optimization" is the top priority
On the premise of ensuring that the effluent quality is stable and meeting the standard, the project team optimized the design scheme to ensure reasonable process flow, stable operation, convenient operation and maintenance, controllable cost, flexible adjustment of different water quality, and provide assurance for stable operation of the sewage plant, energy saving and consumption reduction. The construction site of the project is located at the entrance of Luoyuan Minguang Steel, adjacent to the office building and cultural and sports center. It is an important publicity and display window for the steel plant, and the plot is an irregular triangle. Combining these actual conditions, the design phase of the project has only been optimized and adjusted more than 10 times, mainly from the four-in-one control of smooth process, functional zoning, people flow and logistics organization, and ecological and environmental protection.
The total land area of the project is 13924m2, of which the structural buildings and outdoor equipment occupy 4880m2, the green area is 8487m2, and the greening rate is 60.9%.
2. "Smart" technology leading
Sewage treatment is one of the country's emerging strategic industries. Under the influence of multiple factors such as strengthened industry supervision, sharp rise in labor costs, and fixed corporate profit models, automation, interconnection and intelligence will be the new normal of the industry. SDM has carried out the top-level design of the smart water plant for the Luoyuan sewage project, which can collect, transmit, store, process and service water plant information, and realize data collection, data archiving, equipment life cycle management, fault warning, and remote Control and other functions. Through vacuum feeding, quantitative dosing, automatic dissolution, automatic dosing, etc., zero workers are on duty in the dosing system, and occupational health and safety of employees are guaranteed; through the smart water control system, the full life cycle management of equipment can be realized , To avoid excessive maintenance of equipment, to achieve zero inventory of accessories, and to reduce the loss caused by equipment shutdown; through equipment failure warning and remote monitoring, energy consumption and manual management costs are reduced, and efficient and intelligent operation of the system is realized. The "smart water plant" design can reduce labor quota by 60% and operating energy consumption by 20%.
3. "Ecological" value appreciation
"Facing the sea, backing by the green mountains, green grass and blooming green trees" is a true portrayal of the water plant. The project follows the design concept of "ecological water plant" and strives to build a garden-style water plant to add luster to ecological civilization.
The front of the office building is full of lawns, and some plants such as banyan, podocarpus nagi and osmanthus, cycad, etc. are used for spot planting. The atmosphere is elegant and it is refreshing to look at. On the east side of the front of the building is carved a landscape stone with the name of the project and the word "SDM". Its shape complements the outline of the entire water plant. The underground regulating pond behind the building is covered with lawns, forming a green and empty ground landscape, greatly increasing the green area of the factory.
The open space on the southeast side of the water plant has been created with a garden-like landscape. The plastic rockery and landscape pool are the main scenery of the garden. The tortuous garden road and wooden trestle bridge form the landscape skeleton, which is matched with rich green plants and simple shapes. The landscape gallery creates a landscape garden with a unique cave in the water plant. On weekdays, trees and shadows, blooming flowers, high mountains and running water, and water-purifying duckweed are spread over the water plant like a painting of Jiangnan landscape.
4. Innovative Project Management" Escort
The project site is formed by mountain reclamation and the geological conditions are extremely complicated. The entire site is filled with ripraps. The average depth of the backfill is 7m. Below is a 10m silt layer, and further down is a sandwich layer of pebble and silt, each layer of pebble thickness is around 2m. In order to ensure the smooth completion of the contract objectives, the project department puts forward an innovative management model of “controlling risks and resigning from the small to the larger”. After advance demonstration and scientific organization, the project is finally guaranteed to be completed on schedule, the main project is qualified for one-time acceptance, and various water quality indicators meet the contract requirements.
The first is to make on-site surveys to ensure the safety of pile foundations: the number of pile foundations is 297, and the average depth of the pile foundation is 50m. In order to have a sufficient basis for each pile to be found, the project department commissioned the original design to reduce the effective radius from 15m to 8m, make up the site survey. Through supplementary surveys, each pile foundation was evaluated, and preparations were made in advance. During the construction process, the pile length and construction progress were effectively controlled, and there was no overlength, stuck hammer, dropped hammer, etc. in the entire pile foundation construction process, and the construction quality and construction progress are guaranteed.
The second is high-pressure grouting to avoid the risk of landslides: Before excavating the -7m pool, in order to prevent the lower silt layer from turning up due to soil pressure relief, resulting in slope landslides, pile foundation shearing and other risks, the project department organized relevant experts to conduct special demonstrations. Finally, it is determined to carry out high-pressure grouting at the side and inside of the pool, which can not only strengthen the slope and bottom of the pool, but also prevent the recharge of groundwater and effectively protect the surrounding buildings and roads.
The third is drone aerial photography, the situation is more intuitive: the project department uses drones in project management and regularly conducts on-site aerial photography, especially aerial photography before concealment of external buried pipelines, which makes the overall project information more complete and the progress more intuitive.
5. "Refined procurement" contributes
Submit the procurement plan in advance, and invite the owner to participate in equipment bidding and equipment supervision throughout the process. Sufficient long-term equipment and key equipment suppliers are in stock to ensure that the equipment arrives on time and in good quality. Strengthen equipment supervision, special personnel for key equipment production supervision, long-term equipment tour supervision, and other equipment fixed-point monitoring, so as to ensure the quality of equipment. Strengthen the equipment supervision log, discover the quality and schedule risks of equipment manufacturing in advance, and take timely measures to avoid affecting the construction period and equipment quality. Equipment testing and ex-factory acceptance are carried out before the equipment leaves the factory. All equipment arrives on time according to the time node. The qualified rate of the equipment on site is 100%, and the return rate is zero.
