On February 18th (the seventh day of the first
lunar month), which is the first working day after the Spring Festival, the
Engineering Cost Department organized to go to the BF site in Laiwu Steel to
learn the professional knowledge of civil engineering and electric engineering,
and implemented the on-site learning plan of 2021 with practical actions. They
reviewed drawings, work quantities and cost indicators in advance, and fully
prepared for the first step in the new journey.
In the afternoon of the same day, the engineering
cost department issued the Notice of No.
1 Document of Guidance of the Key Work of the Engineering Cost Department of SDM
in 2021 [2021]. The notice determined the ideas of the
first and second classes of work, formulated the work content and objectives of
the two classes of work, and implemented the special personnel responsibility
system. It mainly includes the research and planning of the regulation,
standardization, template and model of all kinds of work of the engineering cost
department; continuous attention paid to the training of excellent project quotation
personnel; supplementary provisions on the settlement method of general
contracting projects and specific supervision for implementation of the same; and
the work plan, business construction and index sorting of the "Three Groups".
The notice has clear ideas, detailed content, definite goals and clear responsibilities,
and turns the "road map" of the department's work into a
"construction drawing". All the staff of the Cost Department will
anchor the key work in 2021, push it forward step by step and carry it out in
an orderly manner, with full vigor, and pay close attention to its
implementation.
Spring is evident everywhere and all things are
growing, the blueprint has been drawn, and it is the right time to forge ahead.
The engineering cost department has been ready to set off again.
