and another project has welcomed good news: at 18:58 on January 18, 2# Battery
System, the SOPRECO EPC project of Shanxi Yaxin Coke Oven, was put into
operation synchronously with the coke oven.
This project adopts the proprietary SOPRECO technology of PW Company
in Italy for the coke oven. The SOPRECO valve is a mechanical valve with
self-cleaning structure, high temperature resistance, maintenance free, mature
and reliable technology. The technology can realize the continuous adjustment
for the pressure of the single coking chamber, so that the bottom of the coke
oven coking chamber has been kept with a micro positive pressure in the process
of coking; It can also realize the negative pressure operation of the
collecting main and realize fumeless coal charge with the sealing technology of
the coal charge hole. It can replace the emission control station of coal
charging and high-pressure ammonia water injection to eliminate fume and reduce
the operation cost. It can also effectively reduce the raw gas discharge in the
process of coking and improve the coke oven environment.
